Shipping policy

Where we ship 
We currently ship to the contiguous United States and US Armed Forces only. At this time we do not ship internationally.

Processing time 
Your order will ship within 1–3 business days from Lincoln, Maine. The order cutoff time for same-day processing is 12:00 PM EST — orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days.

Please note that we ship from Maine, where seasonal weather can occasionally affect processing and transit times. During significant weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control, your order may take a little longer to reach you. If we anticipate a delay with your shipment, we'll reach out by email to keep you informed.

Shipping method and delivery time 
Orders are shipped by FedEx, UPS, or USPS using a standard ground service, with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days once accepted by carrier.

Tracking 
All shipped orders include tracking information. You'll receive your tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. This information can also be found on your order detail page once it becomes available.
